TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of McGillivray
passed By-law #30 of 1986 on the 5th day of August, 1986 under
section 34 of the PLANNING ACT, 1983.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to
the Ontario Municipal Board in respect of the by-law by filing
with the Clerk of the
TOWNSHIP OF McGILLIVRAY
not later than the 10th day of September, 1986 a notice of ap-
peal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons
in support of the objection.
The by-law is a new Zoning By-law for the entire Township. The
complete by-law and explanation of the purpose and effect of
the by -low is available for inspection in my office during regular
office hours.
