Recent visitors with Adena Sreenan at RR 2 Zurich were her daughters, Mt. Carmel confirmation By Leah Hartman • I am pleased to announce that all of the grade sevens and eights from Mt. Carmel and precious Blood, were con- firmed Wednesday May 21. '- Bishop J. M. Sherlock confirmed the 62 students as they proudly walk- ed up to the altar to become adults of the church. The choir singers were the young voices of grades four to six as they mingled with the adult members of the choir as the confir- mation mass went on. Of course a mass is a celebration and what good is a celebration without refreshments? So after mass in the school gym the proud parents were given refreshments as they con- gratulated the new adult members of the church. Everyone was happy and content. Even Bishop Sherlock came back to the school for refreshments and or admirers to take pictures. I hope when I get confirmed, everyone has as much fun as those this year.
