BY ORDER dated the 20th day of December, 1985 the Chairman of the Environment Assessment Board and the Chairman of the Ontario Municipal Board, being the establishing authority, have established a ' • joint Board with respect to this application. PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE THAT the Joint Board hereby appoints Monday, the 24th day of February, 1986 at 1:00 p.m. for the commencement of a PUBLIC HEARING at the Township Municipal Offices at 2109 London Road in the Township bf Sarnia.
