May 13th to 18th is
CYSTIC FIBROSIS .WEEK IN EXETER
As part of the national drive to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis
research the Exeter Kinsmen will be canvassing the Town of
Exeter, for their effort in this worthwhile cause. Donations are
used by the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to further the
research into finding a cure for the life threatening hereditary
disease of children. Cystic Fibrosis strikes young people,
tragically shortening their lives. So far. Cystic Fibrosis reseorch
has lengthened the expected life span of victims by 15 to 20
years. Were slowly gaining ground. but there is so much more
to b'e done. Please. when we knock on your door between May
13 and 18th. do what you can to help find o cure_
