Marin, Chairman of Canada Post Corporation, during the official launch of the International Youth Year commemorative stamp. The 32 -cent stamp bears a green heart and yellow arrow made of neon tubes on a background of blue denim, reflecting the "positive and peaceful spirit" that inspires youth, as visualized by Montreal designer A&H rancois Dallaire. The contest is being held in conjunc tion with the Universal Postal (inion (UPU t and is open to young people between the ages of sik and 15. En- tries, in either official language, must be a minimum of 500 words and be on the theme "A letter to a handicapped SOLO MARGARINE In Oil or Water CLOVERLEAF CHUNK LIGHT TUNA FLEECY FABRIC SOFTENER SLJUG 3.49 Monarch 255 g.
