Christmas is a time when people give hnd receive gifts from one another. It's also a time fpr your fami- ly to spend Christmas day together to remember the Christ Child and pray at a big table full of good things to eat. Christmas is a thrill for those little boys and girls because a little old man comes and gives each good little boy and girl a present. His name is Santa Claus. That's what Christmas means to me. Children were playing in the snow and breaking ice. But one girl was hot allowed to play with them and she was cryirkumtil the guy said,"What is wrong? So she told him. She asked him what his name was and he thought of a name very quickly and said Santa. She asked for his last name. He did . the same and said Claus. She jumped and said,"The one that gives out presents, the one I have dreaming of all my life?" He said,"I-I, of course." So she told him what she wanted. On Christmas Eve he had 10 elves and reindeer could fly. I don't know how they managed that but I have to say bye. A CHRISTMAS STORY • By Jodi A.
