The reception at the Art Gallery at Update ,on school fair By Muriel Dalrymple School Division, President If there is still any confusion to what classes were judged in June, please refer to the 1985 Exeter Pair school prize list book, where it is clearly stated. There were two new classes which were judged in June - a French Special and Computer Special. As there was only one entry in the Com- puter Special. we feel there is no sense getting a computer in to have this special shown at the fair. Hopefully next year. Please take note of the "Huron County Farm and Home Safety Association" poster contest which is a new entry this year. We are also having the Robin Hood Special again, but be sure to read the prize list book as there are some changes. On page 8 of the Prize List there is an error in Class NN: Novelty, Grades 2,3,5, it should be Grades 3, 4, 5. With the parade starting earlier this year, the Livestock and Poultry will be judged at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and the horses will be judged at 1:00 p.m. after the parade. Anyone interested in participating in the parade, please contact Larry Black 235-2062. Don't forget to clip the coupon, for a free pizza from Angelo's, from the back of your Prize List book and drop it in the box, which will be out in the arena floor at the School Division displays. Have fun and see you at the fair! • Seems to me Continued from page 6 towers and turrets overlook Gstaad 1 for several thousand dollars a week. However, our little hostel, located above the local pub ( Hotel Boo), is more than adequate with its wide wooden bed covered with a deep down comforter. and its balcony facing the mountains. We take our continental breakfast of breads, cream cheese. fruit and strong coffee in the tiny din- ing room downstairs, and usually make up our own lunch on thick brown buns from the bakery. spiced sausages, purple plums and pots of tea. Almost every little shop serves afternoon tea with chocolatey tortes and rich pastries at small sidewalk tables. For dinner, our daughter and son-in-law search out one of the dozens of interesting eating places, which can be the train station restaurant to an exclusive hideaway up in the hills. Always the food is delicious and beautifully served. Food, however, is not inexpensive here. In fact. nothing is cheap in Switzerland. Even though our Cana- dian dollar is worth about 1.65 francs, we still find everything costly. However, there is one bargain, and, it seems to me. it's a good one: you can feast and feast your eyes on some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, and it doesn't cost a cent.
