PAUL EISLER Mary Elizabeth Thomson and Paul Carl Eisler exchanged marriage vows at Carmel Presbyterian Church on August 10, 1985 with Rev. Kenneth Knight officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Eleanor Thomson and the late Bert Thomson and the groom is the son of Mrs. Irene Eisler and the late Gordon Eisler. The matron of honour was Beatrice Fleming and bridesmaids were Betty Thomson and Susan Fraser. The groomsman was David Rose and guests were ushered by Bruce Thomson and Fred Glauser. Flowergirls were Christine touze rind Lor -Anne Isber. The crganist and solist was Ron Fleming and Scripture readings and Prayer were said by John Thomson. John Vardy of- ficiating. he matron of honour was Pbula Seredo and bridesm,ids were Elizabeth Firstbrod(, Sylvia Paton, Gaye Webber and Patti McCann. The flowergill was Suzanne Rush. The best man was Pete Case and guests were ushered by Doug Gough, Perry Sereda, Ron Web- ber and Ccoig Paton. The ringbearer was Jeff Thompson. Soloist was Ann Marie Hoffman and Mrs. .Ethel Stephens at the organ. Flower arrangements by Paulo Sereda. After a short honeymoon to Niagara Falls, the couple flare now residing in Kirkton. MR. AND MRS. EARL PFAFF Ear`and Eleta Pfaff are happy to announce their marriage. They exchanged vows of promise and love during a beautiful ceremony June 21 at Zion United Church, Crediton with Rev. Brian Elder of- ficiating. Wilma Tuck, Exeter was soloist with her song "Thy Word". Proud parents are Gweneath Thar, London and the late Jack Tuck and Bob and Grace Pfaff, Crediton. Matron of honour was Jacqueline Mills, Kirkton and bridesmaid was Valerie Minhin- nink, Hensall and junior bridesmaid was Sabrina Johns, Exeter (daughter of bride). Best man was Ery Pfaff and usher was Charlie Jeffery. Ringbearer was Adam Johns (son of bride). After enjoying their reception they had a beautiful week travelling through Northern Ontario. WILLIAM RONDE Thames Rood Mr. and Mrs. Robert -Moodie of Balliang, Australia, and Rob Not- tagraaf of Minesing were recent guests of .1r and Mrs. Arnold Cann for several days. Mr. and Mrs. Moodie visited first with Rob and his family at Minesing, then arrived at the Cann home on Thursday, August 1. On Friday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Cann were hosts for a barbecue and corn roast. tor the group who visited in Atistralia last fall, and other friends, to renew acquaintances with the Australian guests. Ohio home, and Gor- don found it while picking stones at his Hensall arra farm home. Then the Bauer family toured Ogtario, and made a trip to Hensall so that the lads could meet. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Thomson of Woodham were Sunday supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rohde. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Duncan accom- panied Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Ross to a horse picnic at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Young of Tiverton on Sunday.
