A few gifts
We know that Santa Claus is a busy fellow these
days and he has problems filling the needs of the mane
requests he gets from his constituents of all ages.
Our list to the jolly old fellow in the red suit includes
a variety of sporting participants and celebrities and
some he may have a lot of trouble in filling
satisfactorily.

South Huron's senior girls
volleyball team placed third
in a weekend tournament held
in Ingersoll. They won five out
of eight games.
This was the first time the
team has played together in
competition with only nine .
girls and two of those first
year players. The team will
have to work hard to make up
for this lack. -
At Ingersoll the tournament
was -set up that the teams
played straight for 20 minutes

Mike Tadgell guarded the
nets for the Hawks and played
a stellar game as he turned
aside all but two of the 34
shots aimed at him. Dan
McClure registered 28 saves
for the Centenaires.
