Kirkton United Chutch
women was held in the church
basement.
President Donna Paynter
conducted the business and
opened the fall meeting by'
reading a poem called
September Basket.
Reports from Aima College
were given and Donna
reminded all of the fall bale to
be left at Mrs. Elliott's. The
regional meeting is October
20 in Staffa at '7 p.m.
Everyone is welcome. The
guest speaker will be Mrs.
John Robinson Clinton.
Mrs. Rev. King was in
charge of the worship service
assisted by Mrs. Robert
Marshall.
Since the theme N as on
literature they had a lovely
display of material from the
resource centre in Mitchell
