"Stop! Now, what's that
sound?"
Sometimes we fail to see
any design in the miracles
Jesus performed and yet the
writers of the Gospels often
used the miracles of Jesus to
show a weakness on the part
of his , followers and a
weakness wesharewiththem
.
In Mark 7:31-37 Jesus heals
a deaf man. He demonstrated
that his disciples are deaf
because they fail to com-
prehend and follow his
teachings - we share in this
failure because it is, after all,
human nature to be
imperf ct.
