Community Centre Saturday
evening following the wed-
ding of Susan Elizabeth
Coughlin and David Paul Lat-
ta at First Lobo Baptist
Church, Lobo. Mrs. Heber
Davis was guest at the wed-
ding and the reception which
followed.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard
Renold, and Mr. and Mrs.
Sidney Davis; Huntsville,
spent the weekend with Mrs.
Earl Atkinson, Lucan and
Mrs. Heber Davis.
Mr. and Mrs. George Car-

meeting on "More Outdoor
Living" last week at the home
of leader Margaret Hoggarth
with 12 members present,
Diane Chalmers the assistant

Finlayson, press reporter,
Janet Hoggarth. A negative

accepted a position in the
hospital at Lac la Bicke,
Alberta and expects to start
work September 13.

recently at the latter's cottage

Tinkerbell to the Lost Forest
and a cruise and dinner on the
Grand River Belle. We saw a
film on the Grand Adventure,
enjoyed a half hour of
choreographed song and
dance show which was much
enjoyed.
On our way home the bus
driver took us on a tour of the
beautiful parks in Brantford
and we stopped at the Mary
Maxim store at Paris. The
day was very much enjoyed
by all who went.

ed to their home in Flin Fion,
Manitoba after spending the
past three weeks with Mr. and
Mrs. Lawrence Hlrtzel and
other relatives in the
community.
Dr. and Eleanor Toth,
Kimberly, Randy and
Natalie, Boston, Jim and
Mary Kay Files and family,
Terrance Bay spent a week
with Mr. and Mrs. Ken
Hodgins. Miss Ada Mitchell,
Montpelier, Ohio also visited
with them.
They all attended the bap-
tism of Caro Beth Files in St.
James Presbyterian Church,
London, where the baby was
baptized by her uncle Dr.
Lesley Files.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Picker-
ing, Sherry and Joanne also
attended the baptism and all
joined at a family dinner at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ken
Hodgins afterwards.
Friday they all visited at
the Pickering cottage at Birch 1
Park and on Monday all went •
