Theatre July 21 are to meet at
the hall at 6:45 p.m. August
15, members and family are
invited to tour the zoo and
museum in Grand Bend and
bring a picnic lunch.

Clandeboye no. 2 4-H
Homemaking club attended
Lucan area achievement pro-
gram on Saturday morning at
Biddulph Central School.
They presented a skit "Is
This The Place" with all
members participating.
Catherine Lynn was leader
for this club project and
Carolynn Lankin assisted.
During the presentations,
Catherine and Carolynn, each
received their Provincial
Honours, (completion of 12
homemaking clubs)

Elaine Cunningham and
Christine DeWeerd will at-
tend the Parkhill. area
achievement program on
Tuesday evening of this week.
They will have an exhibit
"LeafPrintingand Identifica-
tion" with commentators
Michelle Cunningham and
April Hodgins. Bonnie Lewis
will receive her County
Honours.
Elaine Cunningham whose
marriage to Steven O'Neil
took place Saturday at St.
James Church, Clandeboye,
has been the recipient .of
many bridal showers in the
past weeks.
Her maid of honour Jean
Lumsden was hoste§s at her
home RR 6 Strathroy;
Michelle Cunningham held a
Tupperware shower in her
honour; Sherry Bodkin of
London was hostess for a
shower held at the home of
Mrs. Gordon Froats, Lucan;
Hazel Cunningham arranged
a shower for relatives and
neighbours.

family shower; a community
shower was held at St. James
church, Clandeboye and Bet-
ty Jones was hostess for a

the O'Neil -Cunningham wed-
ding dinner on Saturday at
the Lucan Community
Centre.
Father's Day entertaining
was popular on Sunday with
many family reunions in our
community as well as away.
The Lynn families attended
a dinner and presentation on
Sunday at the home of Tom
Brock at Zion. to honour Ivan
Hern and Brenda Hodgert,
whose marriage takes place
in July.

Anniversary
Relatives from here atten-
ding a surprise 25th anniver-
sary dinner for Helen and
Mike Prisciak, of Smithville,
were Miltot' and Eva
Sweitzer, Jack and Marilyn
Pickering, Jim and Marg
Sweitzer, all of Shipka, and
Jim and Sandra Campbell,
Exeter.
More than 60 attended the
dinner held at The Pines, in
Stoney Creek, last Saturday
evening.
Following dinner, open
house, was held at the
Prisciak's home. Their three
sons Gary, Donald and James
arranged the event for their
parents.
Mrs. Prisciak is a sister of
Eva and Doris Sweitzer and
Marilyn Pickering.
Reunion
Annie Morenz attended a
school girfreunion, Saturday
afternoon at the home of Mrs.

the girls attending were one
time pupils of Miss Irene
Douglas, who now resides at
Chateau Gardens, London.
Some of the girls were
taught in grade school at S.S.
No. 10, Hay, more than 50
years ago. Others were high
school pupils in Hensall, and
many were taught by Miss
Douglas in the Hensall United
Church Sunday school.
The girls attended from
Toronto, London, Listowel,
Waterloo, Seaforth, Exeter,
Clinton, Hensall, New Jersey,
U.S.A., Grand Bend and
Dashwood areas. There were
around 25 in attendance.

The first Tri County T -ball
game of this season was
played Monday night June 14
at Shipka. The score Parkhill
