C.G. LT. news
At their meeting on April 7,
the C.G.I.T. learned about
the events that took place the
last week before Jesus was
crucified. "The week that
shook the world". It was a
week that began and ended
in triumph. The hosannas of
Palm Sunday are recalled by
the Alleluias of Easter
Sunday. •
The girls learned of the
events between those two
Sundays that made such a
difference in our lives today.
Each event began with a
reading from the Bible, after
which the members took
part in the explanation either
by narrating, or taking the
part of the characters.
During the scene of the
Last Supper, the girls also
shared in unleavened bread
and grape juice, offered in
remembrance of Jesus. ; assistance in the program.
