hosts Thursday evening at
Kirkton-Woodham Com-
munity Centre, their guests
being members of Kirkton
U.C.W., Kirkton Class that
Counts, Woodham U.C.W.,
and Granton A.C.W., Mrs.
Joan McCormick welcomed
the guests.
Mrs. Bill Waghorn read
the scripture passage. Mrs.
G. Sloats read a St. Patrick's
reading. Mrs. Garth
Blackler sang two Irish.
solos.
Mrs. Bill Schaefer then
introduced the speaker Dr.
Winnegan of Australia who is
doing research in the field
of Geriatrics at Victoria
Hospital, London. Mrs.
Dick Jongkind thanked the
speaker and presented him
with a -gift.
Reverend Greg Smith and
his wife Maureen then
fgvored by singing musical
numbers and led the
audience in community
singing, The - ladies of St.
Paul's then served lunch and
a social time was spent.
