speaks to U.C.W.
Hensall United Church
Women held their Christmas
General meeting on Monday,
December 7. the speaker be-
ing their minister Rev.
Stanley McDonald.
He asked the question,
"What Does Christians
Mean To You?" and then
presented Christmas as a
season of .Joy. Light and
Revelation. Ml the elements
of Christmas disclose the
ways that God reveals His
love to men through the baby
Jesus Christ.
Christmas is the mercy of
God saving man from
himself. Christmas reveals
something of the measure of
God's grace through Jesus
Christ. Christmas reveals
something of the quality of
God's Love for us.
A baby's birth was
history's most decisive
event of that day. God came
to man and became one of
us: that being the noblest
Expression of the revelation
of God's love for man. Rev.
McDonald was thanked by
Mrs. Dianne Gerstenkorn and

Holy Night" "Once In

entertained by these
talented students.

several toe -tapping selec-
