Guest speaker was Mrs. Jack Urquhart who gave a most interesting talk on the history of St. Paul's Church W.A. beginning with the first meeting held October 14, 1904. Mrs. Callard of St. Paul's Cathedral was pre- sent and Mrs. Thos. Dickens president of St. Patrick's Church Saintsbury. The Rector was Reverend Racey. The Branch was named Bishop Baldwin Memorial. Lunch was serv- ed by Mrs. Garth Blackler and hostess. The young people of Kirkton and Woodham United Church conducted the morning church service led by president Kevin Stephen and vice president Tim Shute. The choir and ushers were members of the young and ' s. Mrs. Ewart Crago told the story of Holman Hunt's famous painting "The light of the World" Mrs. Heard read the scripture. Mrs. Rev. King and Mrs. Allan Eveleigh gave a skit on the "Lord's Prayer" and Mrs. Robert Ratcliffe and Mrs. Jack Wiles gave a skit on "A Great Saving". Mrs. Ross Tufts read the new slate of officers and Mrs. Clayton Ross installed them. Mrs. Raymond Paynter invited the new slate of officers to her home to plan the programs.
