CNIB is involved in the well-being of over 34,000 blind and visually impaired men, women and children in Canada. In Exeter seven visually han- dicapped people are being assisted. As 1981 is The International Year of the Disabled Person, the CNIB is placing special emphasis on the abilities of handicapped and visually impaired in- dividuals.
