discussed.
The third meeting of
Hurondale no. 5 4-11 club was
held at the home of Helen
Coates. Wednesday. Presi-
dent. Brenda Thompson
started the meeting with the
4-H Pledge. The girls im-
mediately broke up into
groups of threes. while two
groups each made a
"Quiche" the other group
made "Cream of Chicken
Soup".
They tried the Quiche and
the soup and it wasn't too
bad.
We read over the meeting
which consisted mostly of
eggs. We learned the correct
way to crack an egg, and
how to tell our future by the
way we pick up the egg.
We talked about the
different parts of the egg
and different types of
recipes that an egg can be
used in and then disclosed
the home activities.
