`Doubts' is theme
of Granton sermon
By MRS. E. SUMMERS
At St. Thomas Anglican
Church the Rev. Mary Mills
of Glencoe was in charge of
the 11 a.m. worship, and was
the Celebrant of the Service
of Holy Communion. The
Epistle of the day was read
by Kenny Beatson.
In her communion medita-
tion Rev. Mills dealt with
the perplexity of doubts in
relation to our Faith. Per-
sonal faith always comes out
of doubts. some of us have
an inherited faith.. and
others have faith they have
struggled to keep. When we
come to church, said the
speaker. we must come as
we are. as people who
struggle with our doubts and
our faith.
In the children's time the
minister showed them some
sign language. then told
them a little story about
learning by experience what
is right and wrong.
