When I use the word roll..I'm serious: 1 feel almost as stuffed as, the turkey. bot that doesn't stop me from eating more. . It's easy to forget last year's resolutjon about not eating so much this Christ- mas. and 1 try not to think about the pounds 111 have to lose in the New Year. Will power is not in my make-up at this time of year. I might take a little time out for travelling. visiting. entertaining, giving and receiving gifts and maybe even working. but the main emphasis is on food. , Gift giving is another un portant'part of the holiday in our family. and it requires weeks of hinting and shop - Ping. As a Christmas Weal each of the young Explorer girls invited their moms to their annual Christmas party held becember 19, The evening got off to a friendly start as both mothers and daughters • participated in a number of • relay races.
