year was "The Family In A
Changing Society". M1rs.1vey
Adams reported on the first
day's proceedings and
touched on the highlights of
the program. Angela Armitt
head of the Extension Ser-
vices at the University of
Western Ontario gave an
address on communication.
Scholarships were presented
to those eligible. Mrs. Stuart
McCallum reported on the
Next year's convention will
be held in Perth County on
the same dates as this year.
Ken Bridges led the
Devotional period basing her
Meditation on the account of
the Good Samaritan as found
in the Book of Luke.
The members each related

A panel of ladies discussed
the educational material
that is available to every
member through the
Presbyterian Record. The
Glad Tidings, the General
Assembly and W.M.S. an
nual. reports.

ladies are again un-
derwriting the subscription
to the Record to every
household in the
congregation.
A Ladies Chorus sang
and a reading by Mrs.
Merkley concluded a very
worthwhile program which
