Ile is the first lay chairman since Huron and Perth presbyteries amalgamated ten years ago. • The ministerial and lay delegates met in the new Christian .Education wing of Att ood United Church. The addition- was built almost entirely by volunteers of the congregation. Eight new ministers were welcomed to HuroiS-Perth: Bev. Daniel Yourkevich, Tttvislock: Rev. Camilla LaRoche. Kirkton. An enthij§iastic report of the Presbytery's booth at the International Plowing Match revealed that a minimum of 15,000 _-people viewed the "Market Place Ministry" which served 5755 cups of coffee and II00 dozen cookies. The facility, was operated by 2:1t volunteers headed by chairman Tom Dunn and secretary Evelyn Demerey. both of Bluevale. Itev.
