Highlighting the season will be the appearance of The Canadian Brass November 15. A sassy and irreverent quintet with. boundless energy and en- thusiasm they play everything from ragtime to classical music. In 1977. Canadian Brass were selected for a spectacular tour of the People's Republic of China as part of an official cultural exchange between Canada and China. RENA CAIDWELL KIPPEN Carl Macmahon of the Bank of Montreal, Hensall gave a•very informative dis- course on "What every woman should know, about money", when he addressed the Kippen Women's Institute at the Legion Hall. Hensall, September 20. He stressed the making of wills; keeping of records and the advantage of having a savings program.
