The town of about 5.500 persons -Hot is like a typical old European French village built on the side of a mountain over -looking the ,Atlantic ocean. While there Eleanor en- joyed sailing lessons and was also fortunate to play on a basketball team against the St. Pierre champions. Fog is a natural sideN of the St. Pierre climate which was a -certain-change-from- Huron County life. When she was leaving their fall was already setting in. Because of the Air Canada strike she was forced to fly standby from Sydney. Wednesday. The bus was filled with local .$enior citizens and their guests as they took a day off to view - Niagara Falls. The' ''group took in Marineland and Gamefarm as well thoroughly enjoying all -the -sights and -activities - Lunch was taken at Niagara Falls and the group stopped off at Kitchener for supper before arriving home at 8:30 p.m. The next meeting of the seniors will be held Wed- nesday. September 6 at 1:30 Ow at the town hall.
