Ross Douglas as Curly displays the strongest singing pertormanee in --his role as the your cowboy courting Laurey, laved by Ly nda Langford. , Murray Ellis as the hired hand villain, who is set on breaking up the relationship in this classical love story, turns in a very creditable performance. Brenda Bradley, as the girl who can't say no. keeps the play from dragging with her welt -timed one liners. • Technically the play could be tighter with the sound effects better timed to the action on stage. Twice in the eterung's performance, gunshots missed the -cue. --No doubt- these rougtredgies a itt be smoothed out in sub - -.sentient performances..
