FRED BOWDEN CENTRALIA Centralia UCW held their meeting on Thursday with 21 present. Mrs. Marion Abbott opened with a poem "Time". The hymn "Christ the Lord is risen today" was sung and the scrip- ture read by Mrs. Aldeen Skinner from Luke in keeping with Ascension Day. Mrs. Marion Abbott gave the prayer then read a poem on Mother's 'Wit's end'. "For the beauty of the earth" was sung.
