planned at Clandeboye

CLANDEBOYE
A walk-a-thon is scheduled for
May 31, for the purpose of raising
$150 needed to send Bibles to
TaiwanThere is a great need for
sponsors and walkers.
If you can't walk it is requested
you pledge support for this
worthy project. Adults, children
and teens will be walking for the
people in Taiwan.

Annual bazaar changed
Clandeboye UC Women met
Tuesday in the church. President
Mrs. C. Coughlin opened the
meeting with prayer and a
thought for the day.
Business was dealt with and
plans for catering the July
wedding were completed. It was
decided to hold a "Luncheon is
served" instead of the annual
bazaar.
Mrs. C. Coughlin did the study
on missions and presented a
reading from Gwyn Whilsmith's
column in the T -A.

Huron Park, spent a few days
with Mr. & Mrs. A. Lewis and
family.
Mr. & Mrs. Don Oatman,
Bellevilleand Mrs. Wood, London
were Wednesday evening visitors

Millson is employed. The London

Plans completed for
strawberry supper

was held Wednesday night in the
church basement. Plans were
made for the annual strawberry
supper to be held on June 18.
