Liberal ' Leader Robert. Among the members of the Legislature who . have made speeches during the debate on the Speech frpm the Throne, Liberal Ed Gond of Waterloo North spoke at some length;,,about -regional government. Another major ppoblem is that some of the regions encompass too large an area, and some of :'these regions bear_ nor relation- •- ship either in function or form to -other areas of the region.
