Church Women, held at the home
of Evelyn and Viola Curti on
Wednesday.
Devotions under the leadership
of Mrs. Doris Eagleson centred
around the theme of Christian
stewardship.
The report of the . finance
committee was presented and
accepted for 1975. Mrs. Violet
Brown and Mrs. Iva Lagerwerf
served refreshments following
the meeting.

United Church held their
February meeting at the home of
Mr. & Mrs. Ken Larmer, Friday.
Funeral services for the late
Mrs. Harry Thomson who 'ed
in South Huron hospital, i ay,
were held in St. ohn's
Newfoundland, Monday.Sym-
pathy is extended to Mr. & Mrs.
Bill Clarke and family. Mrs.
Thomson was Mrs. Clarke's
mother.
Russell Brown is a patient in St.
Joseph's hospital, London,
having undergone hip surgery
there.
We welcome Mr. & Mrs. Joseph
DeVree and Frank of Ilderton to
our village. They have purchased
the property formerly owned by
Mrs. Beatrice McDonald. Mr.
DeVree is a mason contractor.

Komoka, have returned to their
homes, following a holiday in
Florida.
