HUGH MORENZ There were nine tables of euchre in play Wednesday evening at Shipka Community centre. Winners were: ladies high - Mrs. Jessie Rader of Dash- wood, ladies low - Jane dickering, men's high - John Kingma, men's low - Omer Berney, most lone hands - Mrs. Lorne Devine. The south group were in charge of refreshments. Personals Susan Janzen of Leamington visited a couple days last week with her sister and brother-in- law, Mr. & Mrs. Dick Zielman and family. Mr. & Mrs. Walter Coeck, Lori and David, returned last Friday night from a month's visit in Belgium and Holland where they visited her parents Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Voet and many other relatives and friends. The Coeck's travelled both ways by plane. Mr. & Mrs. Wray Sweitzer visited Friday evening with Mr. & 1..rs. Gus Van Massenhoven and family. and on Saturday the Nlassenhoven's visited with her parents Mr. & Mrs. Frank Wouters at Glanworth. Esther Snyder and her friend Fern Weins of Waterloo, spent the weekend with Esther's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ferman Snyder., Sympathy of this community is extended to Doug and Ann Russell in the sudden death of their baby son. Funeral services were held Monday for Christopher Russell. age 3 months twin son of Mr. & Mrs. Doug Russell. He passed away suddenly at the family home on January 18. He is survived by his twin brother Alex and sister Connie. Also surviving are grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Wm. Sturdevant of Grand Bend, Mr. & Mrs. Cliff Russell, great-grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Edgar Webb, St. Catharines, Walter Russell of Essex, and Mr. & Mrs.' William Love of Grand Bend.
