day gift you could give your family
and friends this year? Good health!
Christmas Bureau
EXETER - This year Exeter Unit-
ed Church hosted the Christmas Bu-
reau for Exeter and arca. Donations
of groceries were" tremendous, al-
lowing us to give a large hamper of
groceries to each family. Donations
of new toys and new clothing al-
lowed each child to have one new
toy and one piece of clothing plus
-various small stocking-stuffcrs. Do-
nations of money went to purchas-
ing a turkey for .each family and
some of thc new clothing.
Good used clothing, some fresh
from the cleaners, was gladly ac-
cepted to help with winter war-
drobes. Good used toys also found a
new home.
Thanks to the many volunteers
who helped at the bureau and all
those who donated individually or
through churches, schools and ser-
