These excited 15 year old 4-11ers had just spent two days ac- tually involving themselves in the theme "Believe In Yourself, You Have What It Takes." They worked in groups on per- sonal development such as build- ing self image and self confidence. They practiced interpersonal skills such as communicating and listen- ing. Their responsibilities as citi- zens in the larger community were also looked at. The conference wouldn't have been complete with- out recreational acuviues including sports, dances and an afternoon trip to the Pinery. One delegate summed it all up with "I'm tired, but 1 wouldn't have missed it for Ute world". CLINTON- Steven Ileane, R.R. 111 Bruceficld, is one of six 4-11 members in Ontario to receive the Petro -Canada 4-14 Youth Leader- ship Award.
