Plan Crediton UC congregational meeting

CREDITON - The sermon topic
at Zion United Church was taken
from Roman 15:1-13 and Luke
10:38-42 titled "Enjoying God".
Choir practice will be Wednesday
evening atg p.m. in the church
sanctuary. This will - be the last
practice until September.
Coingregationat Meeting: There
will be a meeting of the congrega-
tion, to be held on Tuesday, July 26
at 8 p.m. in the Sunday School
rooms. "
This. meeting is being called at
the request of Huron -Perth Presbyt-
ery in order to set up a Pastoral Re-
lations committee. Please plan to
attend this very important meeting!
Vacation Bible School will be
held August 22-26 this Whither.
Volunteers for teachers and helpers
are still needed. If you can help,
please call Mary and Brian Elder.
In hospital at Victoria in London
is Calvin Fahrner.

children returned Friday evening
from holidays. Welcome back. We

Mrs. Irene Schlenker returned
home from Si. Joseph's Hospital,
London.
Mr, and Mrs. Chester, Finlay and
their little grandson from Winnipeg.
Manitoba spent a few days with Irv-
ing Stahl, renewing friendship with
him and some old friends.
Mrs. Stan Preszcator visited Fri-
day with her daughter Mrs. David
-Isaac in St. Joseph's Hospital, Lon-
don,. Barbara returned home Satur-
day from hospital.
Mrs. Lorna Barnes and Jenna and
Ken Wernham, Thcdford, visited
Saturday evening with Mr. and Mrs.
Stan- Preszcator.

He took a severe heart attack while
holidaying on Manitoulin Island.
After spending nine days in Min-
demoya Hospital he was transferred
to Seitforth where he is recuperat-
ing.
