May 15-23 is NATIONAL PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
WEEK. We are offering a "Fit -Swim" Evening at
the Vanastra Recreation Centre on Thurs., May
19th. For $3.00/person you get transportation
by bus to Vanastra, a one hour swim period
from 7:30 - 8:30 and use of the Fitness Room
and Sauna. This is a good opportunity to get
the family together for some fun and fitness.
Participants must register with the Rec Centre
by Monday May 16th. Bus leaves the Rec Cen-
tre at 6:45 p.m.
