Margaret Wilson conducted
the program portion of the
meeting by showing a film,
Silver Seas, which pertained
to the South Pacific Islands.
Questions followed this infor-
mative presentation.
Business began with the
minutes and treasurer's
report. We are invited and ac-
cept an invitation to the
Presbyterian church Thank -
offering on April 14.
Many notes of appreciation
were received regarding the
Valentine flowers for the shut-

enjoyed the flowers.
We were given reports on
the Presbyterial meeting and
World pay of Prayer.

The United Church Women
entertain the Craigholme
residents yearly, and so it was
March 17 when the
auditorium once again was
full with about 70 people con-
sisting of residents, apart-
ment folk and church
members.
Mrs. Don Scafe, quite ably
chaired a program which
delighted the audience. The
Ilderton Entertainers provid-
ed old-tyme music, and Sheri
and Jana -Lynn Rowe sang
duets and solos.
Sheri, second runner-up
from McGillivray school in
the Middlesex County Zone
for public speaking competi-
tion, held the audience's at-
tention as she presented her
prize winning speech on
"Growing up".
Charlene -McNair with her
nimble feet "tripped the light
fantastic." This is the way I
hear it, that if we watch Big
Top Talent Show, Channel 13,
on Sunday April '3, we'll see
this young gal on television
and who knows what the
future holds for this talented
young lady. No doubt she's
preparing for the Gala Days
in July.
