Miss lleather Sweeney is
spending this week at home;
as she is a student at the
University of Waterloo and
has a week off classes at mid-
tcrtn break. Al the end of
March she is finished school
for the summer.

Church. Zurich, sponsored the
February birthday party on
Tuesday evening. Mr. and
Mrs. ,line Young of Exeter
pleased the audience with
piano arid violin music. Miss
Nancy (tverholt played her
guitar and sang. Ken
Overholt, Mark Hartman and
Joe 'Farwell favoured with
vocal numbers accompanied
by their guitars. Teresa Van
Raay and Marg Hicknell pro-
. vided piano and guitar music.
Following the program, bir-
thday gifts were presented to
Ralph and Evelyn Hewitt of
Orillia are spending a few
days with his sister. Lyda and
Barrie Gandier.

Florida where they visited
• with relatives in Sarasota for
three weeks. enjoyed going to
Disney World and, a lot of
other places. They also stop-

ing with A1r. and Mrs. Ron
Parrish Sr. in Ohio. •

have to be purchased by the
end of February for this year

Zurich Swinging Settlers was
held on February 8 al 6::30
p.m. until 9:00 p.m. F'irst•the
new hooks were banded out.
The members were divided
into three groups. One made
Pumpkin Soup, Two made
Anglesey • Eggs and Three
made Maple Baked Apples.
Mrs.Joan Regier made the
Irish Soda Bread. The officers
were theh elected as follows:
president, Colleen Regier;
vice-president, Anne Deichert
and secretary. Beth Sweeney.

On Tuesday. Feb. 15 the St .
Boniface C.W.L. held their
monthly meeting at the'
Bluewater'Rest Horne in the
form of a birthday party for
three residents having bir-
thdays this month: A musical
program wattenjoyed by all.
The door prize was won by
Annie Van Raay.
Thirty-one ladies answered
the roll call given by Wendy
Masse. Several letters thank-
ing us for recen(donations
were read from save -a -family
plan, Sister Loretta in Peru,
Esk-Omi Missions and
Children's and Family
Services.
Thirty-six youth attended'
the day given by the
seminarians on Feb. 13 and 37
from our parish took part in
the Walk for Life in front of
Victoria hospital in London
last Sunday.

4 and 5. If you can spare a few

The pupils in grade 5-8 will

The Golden Agers held their
