Aside to his wife, Margaret, "How long is it since we ordered machiney? They just keep bringing it :Jong." • Gingerich continued, "In the early days,. I never thought we would sell 70 horsepower tractors. Now the average is from 100 to 160 h.p. and up to a 300 h.p. machine that pulls an eight furrow plow or a 52 foot cultivator. Three mechanics are -. employed by CG Farm Supp- ly. They are Cleve and Margaret's sons Cliff and Rick Gingerich and a cousin Ken Gingerich who has been with the company for 16 years. -Rick and Ken are diesel and air conditioning mechanics while Cliff specializes on in- dustrial machinery. All inechanics have taken yearly courses at Case headquarters in Racine, Wisconsin since the Zurich area company was established. • The parts manager is son-in- law Dennis Estep and salesmen are Henry Martens and Paul Steckle. The latter who is the reeve of Stanley township has been with CG for eight years. Marlene Estep and Delores Gingerich are part-time office staff in addition to Margaret and a daughter Charlotte is a part-time employee as, a cleaner.
