Easter Assembly: Rooms 9, 10, 11 and 12 will present an assembly on April 16 at 2:30 p.m. The Primary Choir will be singing as well. Arts and Crafts Fair: Last week, Kindergarten to grade four showed their artistic ability in the Arts and Crafts Fair. They all showed good talent. These are the results: 1st, Angie Zielman, Wanda Turnbull, and Kathy Hen- drick. 2nd, Charmaine Pritchard, Connie Russel and Charlene Browning. 3rd, Jeremy Mason, Julie Schade, and Tim Bird. Congratulations to you all! - Julie Hendrick. Graduation Campaign: The grade 8 students of our school have had a magazine and seed campaign to raise money for their graduation. Their total profit was $146.34. -Don Mellin. Sale: On March 2, the grade seven students had a popcorn sale ranging from 5 cents to 25 cents. They made $16.50 which will going towards the Camp Sylvan Fund. They also will be having an Easter Sale with baked goods to do with Easter and prizes from 25 cents to $2.00. Floor Hockey: Teams 1 and 4 had a playoff series of 2-3. Team 1 handily defeated team 4 in the first game tug in the remaining' 2 games team 4 defeated team 1 by scores of 4-3 and 2-1. The captain of team 4 is Trevor Johnson. Other team members are Eugene Glanville, John Volk, Craig 1 London Life Where every life is something special. First there was a list of tryouts for girls to go to the gym. The final team members are as follows: Irene Brand, Kristyn Darling, Lynn Gaiser, Kim Gaudio, Debbie Zielman, Wanda Wallace, Tracy Remkes, Marsha Brand, Dianne Dearing, Susanne Smith, Lori Lynn Schenk and Janice Schade. Everyone at the tryouts tried their best. - Janice Schade. Boy's basketball: Recently the members for the school's boy's basketball team were picked. There are 15 on the team, enough for three lines. These 15 will be in competition among five other schools at the end of April. We hope to do well. - Jack Fitzgerald. Houseleague: The junior boys are participating in 333 Houseleague. The game is used with a ball and floor hockey nets. You are allowed to take three steps or three seconds or 3 bounces before you have to glass or shoot with the ball.
