Doublers lead
The first place lead of the
Doublers in the Exeter
Legion mixed dart league
has increased to eight points.
As a result of four points
Friday night, the Doublers
have upped their point total
to 94 with the Evil Eyes and
Itchy Niters deadlocked for
second spot with 86 points
apiece.
The Winkers hold down
fourth place with 82 points
followed by Last Chance at
77 points and Family Affair
with 76 points.

tray, Fran Mickle and Pearl
Budden.
When the playoffs were
completed Bea Dawson and
her team were the trophy
winners.
Listowel was third with 41.05
points. Central Huron of
Clinton and Stratford Nor-
thwestern were the other
teams in competition.
Only South Huron and St'
Marys had entries in most
divisions.
Due to the lack of entries,
this could have been the last
of the conference gymnastic
meets. South Huron coach
Carey Unich commented,
"Next year is certainly
questionable. There may not
be enough entries to make it
worthwhile."
Catherine Patterson of
South Huron won the in-
termediate individual
championship, her second
title in as many years with a
total of 32.35 points.
Jackie Cottrell of South
Huron was the junior overall
winner while team-mate
Sarah McClure was tops in
the senior division.
South Huron members also
won runnerup spots. Starr
Jesney was second in in-
termediate events and
Sandra McCurdy was third.
In junior ranks Lisa
Rundle was second. The elite
winner was Dianne
Ferguson of St. Marys was
the winner'with Sue Schaefer
of the same school finishing
second.
The four division cham-
pions and the first three
finishers on each apparatus
will be competing in the
WOSSA finals Saturday at
Parkside School in St.
Thomas.
