municipality subject to the regu-
lations of the said municipality ; and
to purchase, take over, lease or
otherwise acquire the property,
rights and franchises of the said
Company or Companies, and to sell
or lease to any other Company or
Companies, .the property, rights and
franchises of the Company, and for
all other necessary rights, ,powers
and priveleges in that behalf.
