VOTE FOR THE BY-LAW
In our Inert issue we hope to re-
port that itho By-law which has
been before the people of Exeter for
the past few weeks end which will
be voted for on Saturday, August 4th
was carried by a large majority. t

should not he, as the town has a

ests of our village that the By-law
should be carried. The loan will not
be advanced to Company until it has
been incorporated, have acquired
land, built and equipped their fac-
tory rind have the factory in oper-
ation as a going concern and 'have
spent not less than $12,000 thereon
free from incumbrance and agree
to repay 'the said loan in fifteen
years from date of advance thereof,
.without interest, in 10 equal install -
Invents of $1,000. the first of such in-
stallments to be 'paid at the end of
the 6th year of the said 15 year
term and subsequent 'payments year -
1y .thereafter. until the whole $10.-
000 is fully 'paid.
