Several of the merchants have ex-
pressed thnwsclves es tx•ing in favor
of closing titter stores at 6.30 every

urdays. At present there is no spcci-

of business, some keeping open as

if the merchants could get together

THE MANY FRIENDS OF MR.

weeks past Mr. Bissett has been com-

The Exeter curlers went down to
Lucan Monday to play a return
match with the players there, reFult

nine points. The Exeter players al-
though 'losing the match, returned
with a feeling that the Lucen breth-
