der a beautiful arch of evergreens.

flower girl, little Miss Else Gun-

gown of white silk. After the cere-
inony, wthich wets performed by the
Rev. 11. McTavish, of Granton, all
repaired to the. dining room wliero
a sumptuous wedding dinner w -as
served. The bride was dressed In
cream cashmere trimmed with satin
and all over lace, and wore a beau-
tiful veil with orungo blossoms. Over
one 'hundred guests from London. To-
ronto, St. Marys, Exeter and other
places assembled to witness the In-
teresting ceremony end the gifts
which were presented to the young
couple were an eloquent tribute to
the high esteem in which they aro
'held. Mr, and Mrs ,Whitford will
-reside on their farm near Credito%
and it is the tannest wish of their

long and happy.
