Having a de- sire to once more see his native town, he and his mother started for the east, hut the end came when abroad the C. P. R. train near Huntsville, Muskoka. The remains were taken to Toronto and there made ready for burial and were then brought to Exe- ter and conveyed to the residence of Mr. T. H. McCallum, from where the funeral took place to the Exeter ceme- tery on Sunday at 2 p. m. Deceased was hut twenty-two years of age, and was a general favorite of the young people of town, all of whom regret exceedingly his early demise.
