Per chair minutes of previous meet-
ing were read. Reports of commit-
tees. Wood, that 40 to 50 cords of
wood bad been contracted for at
01.50 per cord ; .Supplies., that the
teachers' desks had been procurekl
and placed and were found satis-
factory; Principal, dligh school at-
tendance now 95 with work pro-
gressing well, also that monthly re-
ports were being issued and teach-
ers monthly conferences held. The
caretaker s work was found well
done. I'er H. Martin and F. Wood
that (Miss McCallunt's resignation
be accepted to lake effect with the

'lace on record their satisfaction of
