ton. The minutes of the last 'meeting
were read and approved. The Court of
Revision of the assessment Roll ford
will be held .at Townehlp Hall. Ellin-
ville. Saturday, June 4th, at 11) o'loek
in the forenoon. Accounts amounting to
$199.38 were passed end orders lesu.:d
In payment. Council then adjourned to
meet at Winchelsea on Monday. May
9th. at 10 o'clock, for further consider-
ation of the Winchelsea creek drain re-
port and other business.

Council met at Winchelsea pursuant
to adeaurnmeet. All present except F.
EIler-legion. John Itoyer, 0. L. S.. was
present. and after cxpla nations and
some changes. which did not affect the
estimates and assessments, the Win-
chelsea creek drat' report was adopt-
ed, and the work will be constructed
in accordance terse with. Hy --law No. 3.
1910, providing for the construction of
the Winchelsea creek drain was provis-
ionally adopted, et.d ordered to be print-
ed In pamphlet form, and served on the
assessed Owners. leassors, or occupants
Council then adjourned to meet Jure
