R. S. Lang, apple exporter, formerly
of Exeter, will stove from St. Marys
to Toronto about May 1st, where he
proposes to make his home. By his
removal St. Marys loses an excellent cit-

Workmen are employed painting and
decorating the interior of the James
Street Methodist church, after which
the old windows will be taken out and
new Lancy-glass windows will be plac-
ed in their stead. Many of these will
be memorial windows.
Mr. Byron hicks chipped a car of
tattle from here on Saturday. Among
the bunch were three two-year old
steers, delivered by Mr. Geo. Moir of
near Lumley, which were sold for 190
