HOCKEY MATCH.—London Medical College Hockey Team. the fastest team of hockey players in the City League of London, will be here on Friday night to play hockey with the Exeter leant. The London team will come by special nein and will be accompanied by a big bunch of rooters. FISHER.—Sad in- deed was thc news to many or, Wednes- day morning last. Jan. 19th, when it was learned that Mary Weetcott, relict of the late Pratt Fisher. had passed away. comparatively few knowing that she was seriously 111. Mrs. Fisher had b,e:t ailing for about four months from as attack of jaundice. but her case was not considered at all alarming until about three weeks ago, when her physic..- rans advised an operation. Dr. Moore of London was called a we_k ago and assirted by Drs Ilyndman and McGill- icuddy the operation was performed. it proved a success but owing to the nat ure of the disease she never rallied suf- ,!iciently to lead her friends to hold out any hope of her recovery.
