Every leaseholder entitled by law to
vote on the proposed By-law snail at
least ten days neat preceding the day
of polling file In the office of the clerk
ot the said municipality, a statutory de
claration stating that his lease meets
the requirements by law entitling him
to vote on such By-law and the names
of Leaseholders neglecting to file such
a declaration shall i:ot be placed In the
Voters' List for such voting.
